Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets: 4
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Maple syrup: ¼ cup
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic salt: ¼ teaspoon
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Grate the garlic clove.
- Except the salmon fillets, mix all your ingredients in a dish to create the marinade.
- Place the fillets in the dish, cover the dish and let the salmon fillets marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For best results, turn fillets over halfway through
1 hour later
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Transfer everything (salmon fillets and marinade) in a baking dish if not already done
- Place in oven for 30 minutes. The dish will be ready when the fillets flake easily without a knife.
- Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!
