Salmon Fillets with Maple Syrup

About 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets: 4
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Maple syrup: ¼ cup
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Grate the garlic clove.
  3. Except the salmon fillets, mix all your ingredients in a dish to create the marinade.
  4. Place the fillets in the dish, cover the dish and let the salmon fillets marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For best results, turn fillets over halfway through

1 hour later

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Transfer everything (salmon fillets and marinade) in a baking dish if not already done
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes. The dish will be ready when the fillets flake easily without a knife.
  • Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!

Possible modification:
